We use appropriate packaging to protect our products. However, extreme temperatures—especially freezing in winter and high heat in summer—can affect the internal pressure of cans, sometimes causing deformation or bursting during transport. While we carefully package each product, these climate conditions, beyond our control, may compromise the integrity of the packaging.
What should you do if you receive damaged cans in your order?
Take a photo of the intact or damaged outer packaging, along with the affected cans, and include the four-digit order number located at the top right of your invoice.
