Job description

  • Managing order fulfillment for existing customers and providing marketing support (approx. 80% of role)

  • Conducting follow-up calls with customers

  • Billing and accounts receivable follow-up

  • Partnering with brand ambassadors to align on initiatives

  • Representing the brand at trade shows and consumer events


Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing

  • Highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a drive to overcome challenges

  • Well-organized and structured, with strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships

  • A lively, positive person who enjoys taking initiative

  • Full-time position (30 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability)

  • 80% remote work, with 20% time spent meeting clients in person


Other requirements

  • Must have access to a personal vehicle

  • Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM is an asset

  • French: full professional skills

  • Professional exposure to or a strong interest in the food sector
