Ingredients
β’ 1 oz of freshly squeezed tangerine juice;
β’ 1 egg white;
β’ 1 oz of simple syrup;
β’ 1 oz de vodka;
Method
Shake it all up, pour into a highball glass filled with ice and top with Harrington Wintergreen Botanical Sparkling.
Garnish with tangerine and wintergreen.
