🌿 Juniper Collin's 🍊

Ingredients

• 1 oz of Gin
• 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz simple grapefruit syrup
• Harrington Botanical Sparkling with Juniper Berries

Method

Put all the ingredients in a glass, ending with the juniper berry fizz. Garnish with lavender, juniper berry and grapefruit zest.
