Ingredients
-Harrington Sweet Spruce Botanical Sparkling
-2 oz of Quebec spiced rum
-1 oz of honey
-1 oz lime juice
-Ice
-Dehydrated lime slice

Method
In his favorite vintage glass, pour the ingredients and the ice. Finish with Harrington Sweet Spruce Botanical Sparkling and a little more ice. Garnish with a slice of dried lime.
