Winter Fiery Light Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of Les Éléments No1 gin from Distillerie Euclide
- ½ oz peach juice
- Simple syrup to taste (optional)
- Ice
- Harrington sea buckthorn and cold juniper berry tonic cocktail
Preparation:
- Put all ingredients including ice into a shaker, except for the tonic cocktail.
- Shake for 10 seconds and pour the entire contents into a stemmed glass or a highball.
- Top up with the tonic cocktail and add a few sea buckthorn berries and a sprig of thyme for garnish.
