Winter Fiery Light Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz of Les Éléments No1 gin from Distillerie Euclide
  • ½ oz peach juice
  • Simple syrup to taste (optional)
  • Ice
  • Harrington sea buckthorn and cold juniper berry tonic cocktail

Preparation:

  • Put all ingredients including ice into a shaker, except for the tonic cocktail.
  • Shake for 10 seconds and pour the entire contents into a stemmed glass or a highball.
  • Top up with the tonic cocktail and add a few sea buckthorn berries and a sprig of thyme for garnish.
