  • 1 ½ oz Tundra gin
  • 0.75 oz Gourmet Sauvage balsam fir syrup
  • 0.25 oz organic apple cider vinegar (with mother)
  • 3 oz Harrington Sweet Spruce Sparkling Water, chilled
  • Ice


  • Young fir shoots
  • Rosemary sprig


  1. In a glass filled with ice, combine the gin, fir syrup and apple cider.
  2. Add Harrington Sparkling Water.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and sprigs of fir.

Apple cider is a local alternative to lemon juice. This ingredient will provide the acidity necessary to properly balance your local cocktail.
