Surprising haskap !
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Aupale vodka
- 0.25 oz Gourmet Sauvage haskap syrup
- 1 egg white (about 35 g)
- 3 oz Harrington Wintergreen Sparkling Water, chilled
Toppings
- Camerises
Method:
- Pour the ingredients into a shaker, except for the sparkling water.
- Shake vigorously, without ice cubes.
- Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously again.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Thin with Harrington sparkling water to obtain a head of foam.
- Garnish with haskaps.
Trick by Lau
You could replace haskap with Quebec blueberries. To chill your glass, simply place it in your freezer. |
