Surprising haskap !

  • 1.5 oz Aupale vodka
  • 0.25 oz Gourmet Sauvage haskap syrup
  • 1 egg white (about 35 g)
  • 3 oz Harrington Wintergreen Sparkling Water, chilled

  1. Pour the ingredients into a shaker, except for the sparkling water.
  2. Shake vigorously, without ice cubes.
  3. Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously again.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass.
  5. Thin with Harrington sparkling water to obtain a head of foam.
  6. Garnish with haskaps.

Trick by Lau

You could replace haskap with Quebec blueberries.

To chill your glass, simply place it in your freezer.
