Candy-Inspired Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Jardin Verde gin
1 oz sea buckthorn berry juice
0.5 oz mild honey
0.5 oz rose syrup (optional)
3 oz Harrington wintergreen sparkling water, well chilled
For the rim:
Maple sugar + sea buckthorn pulp mix (perfect for a sweet rim!)
Method:
If desired, rim the glass with the maple sugar and sea buckthorn pulp mix.
In a glass filled with ice, pour the gin, berry juice, honey, and rose syrup.
Stir gently with a spoon.
Top with Harrington sparkling water.
Garnish with one or two sea buckthorn berries.
Also super tasty as a non-alcoholic version!
