Halloween punch
You will need
-9oz Gin Madame gin Distillerie de Montréal
-3oz fresh lemon juice
-5oz Pumpkin Puree
-3oz Maple syrup
-2.5 tastings Fresh orange juice
-Sparkling Harrington Melilot
Method
Pour the first 5 ingredients into the pumpkin and braze. Just before serving, add the sparkling Harrington. Free to your imagination for decoration
*Pumpkin puree
Cut in half, then hollow out a small pumpkin. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Using a spoon, remove the flesh and place it in a blender. Add cinnamon and maple syrup to taste. Puree smooth.
