INGREDIENTS:

2oz juice costs

1oz of Madame gin from the Montreal Distillery

1oz raspberry liqueur from Maison Sivo

1 dash of vegan emulsifier

METHOD:

Sparkling Harrington with Juniper Berry

Put all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes except the sparkling and shake, shake, shake. Pour into a glass and fill with the Harrington. Garnish with a slice of dried orange
