Long Island revisited with pears
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rosemont white rum
- 1 oz Canopy gin
- 1 oz of Kamouraska vodka
- 1 oz triple sec
- 4 oz perry ice cream Domaine des Salamandres
- 2 oz Harrington Sweet Spruce Sparkling Water, chilled
- Sufficient ice cream
Toppings
- Tpear ranches
- spruce twigs (optional)
Method
- Add the rum, gin, vodka, triple sec and perry to the shaker.
- Shake for 20-30 seconds to combine.
- Also strain into two tall glasses filled with ice.
- Top each with an ounce of Harrington Sparkling Water. *
- Garnish with pear slices. To be tasted responsibly!
Trick by Lau: *For a lighter version, fill the rest of your glass with very cold Harrington sparkling water.
