The Candy Apple
1.25 oz Equinox amaretto
0.75oz Maraschino
0.75oz lemon juice
3oz Harrington apple and lilac sparking botanical
A few drops of Madeiras coffee bitter
1-Pour all the ingredients except the Harrington sparkling botanical into a shaker. Fill with ice.
2-Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
3-Pour the contents of the shaker with the ice into a highball glass. 4-Top with the Harrington sparkling botanical and garnish with a slice of lemon.
