1.5oz Nomades gin

0.5oz dry sherry 1oz sea buckthorn syrup

0.75oz verjuice

3oz Harrington sparking botanical

A few dashes of celery bitter

1-Put all the ingredients except the fizz into a shaker. Fill with ice.

2-Shake for 10 seconds and pour all the contents, including the ice, into a highball glass.

3-Add sea buckthorn berries and a sprig of thyme to garnish. Cocktail created by Spiritueux Nomades.
