Refreshing cucumber cocktail recipe
The crispness of cucumber and the minty notes of wintergreen make this cocktail a truly refreshing drink — perfect with or without alcohol.
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes (be careful not to overfill to preserve the bubbles)
- A few thin slices of cucumber
- 1 1/2 oz of herbaceous gin
- Simple syrup to taste (1 to 2 tsp)
- 5 oz of Harrington’s chilled cucumber & wintergreen cocktail sparkling water
Method:
In a tall Mojito-style glass, add the ice and place the cucumber slices along the sides. Pour in the gin and simple syrup. Stir gently with a spoon, then top with Harrington sparkling water.
Garnish:
Add a sprig of mint or lemon balm for a fresh finishing touch.
