Apple and Wintergreen Slush


  • 2 tbsp. apple butter
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream 
  • 1 cup (250ml) Harrington Wintergreen Sparkling Water
  • Apple slices
  • 1 C. apple butter


  1. Pour the apple butter into the bottom of a glass. Add 1 scoop of ice cream and top up with wintergreen sparkling water.
  2. Add toppings.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Trick by Lau: 

To make homemade apple butter, There is nothing more simple. 

Fill the slow cooker with apple wedges with a little cinnamon (to taste) and maple syrup (about ¼ cup), then cook everything for 4 hours with the lid on, then another 2 hours without the lid. Once a large part of the liquid has evaporated, just put it all in a blender to obtain a smooth and creamy texture!
