Ingredients

-Harrington Wintergreen Botanical Sparkling
-2 oz of Quebec boreal gin
-2 dashes of forest bitters
-½ oz simple syrup
-½ oz lime juice
-1 sprig of rosemary
-Small field flowers

Method
In a highball type glass filled with ice and a sprig of rosemary, pour the ingredients and stir with a bar spoon. Decorate with small field or garden flowers.
